Hello! Today we are going to discuss our initiation into the system of Крийа Цигун, first level. So, what is this system and what is it meant for? Every person who comes to develop themselves spiritually, initially doesn't understand what they really want. Why do they start to seek for God? Or why do they start to seek for spirituality? Sometimes people want just to relax, sometimes people want to change their life. But only people who are not really satisfied with their life, with how it happens, and they want to get a self-understanding, they then choose spirituality. They are seeking for a technique that can help them to take them from their animal.

Because you see, we have seven chakras, seven centers of energy. And in each center, there is a special energy that rules this center. A normal human being today, or some human being, they live on the first two centers: first and second. The first center is primary instincts, the second center is the center of ego. And when a person wants to transform his ego, because every problem, all our karmas and everything comes from ego. Whatever we have done in a previous life – because we live many, many lives – when a person has lived, say, a hundred lives, they are not really interested in this world anymore.

Normally this person is very successful. Whatever he starts, he succeeds. And it doesn't bring satisfaction. This is one example. The second example is a person who, whatever he's doing, can't get success. Vice versa. And he wants to understand why. Why are other people better than me, or why am I so bad? And this person starts to seek an answer for this. This also makes a person start self-realization or to seek for true self. Or initially, they just try to control religion. But religion actually gives you something like a narcotic. I'm sorry, but inside religion, they say that we are born in this world to suffer.

And only when we die, then we go to paradise. People suffer enough. Then we can go to paradise. If we are not suffering in this world, then no paradise. I'm sorry. When you are born from the evil, and this is exactly not like it is in reality. In fact, in this world, everyone is living in his own world. Everyone of you is a universe. Everyone is a universe. And you live in your own universe. And it is ruled by whatever happened in your past. Whatever you desire, even in this life, because all saints say, be afraid of your desires, because all of them are to be completed, or fulfilled.

This world, this world in general, is like a kindergarten. Kindergarten is aimed to provide creatures with the tools to grow from the animal to divinity. Everyone is potentially a divinity. Every human being is potentially a divinity. But we all start with being a child. And a child doesn't understand what a child is doing. Sometimes even in China, they have a tradition that before five years, you never punish your child, because there is no understanding. But if you punish this small child, it makes a very deep psychological trauma. So, it makes great sense. And the same is with human beings. A human being is in laws.

There are actually three souls for the human body. Some souls are coming naturally from this Earth. They were animals. And they developed, developed, developed. Then they become like a dog, or a horse, or some animals who are living near human beings, near a man, woman, families. They got understanding. They got the idea of the human world. And then they received a human body. This is actually the way how an animal can get a human body, and then continue to develop itself. Some people say, "I hate this world, because we have to work."

We have to study. We have to do a lot of unnecessary things. But think about this from the other point of view. All these things actually force you to develop yourself. They force you to work. They force you to study, to make yourself better, to get answers for questions. This world is made like this, so that in order to be in this world, you have to work, you have to study, you have to develop yourself. Because you have a choice for work. You can do a simple thing without development, and you will be all the time on the same level, on the same low salary. Or you can put more efforts into yourself, and then you will develop yourself, and you get a higher salary.

Everything is in your hands. That's why this world isn't good or bad. This world is a matrix meant to develop human beings from the animal level to divine level. And when a human being is "enough" in this world, there are actually six more spiritual worlds. And when a human being has finished everything, succeeded in everything in this world, and is a completely happy creature, but it's not enough. And they want something. I'm telling you about creatures who grow from animals. But some creatures are coming from the angels.

And these creatures are very different. Because angels, they are initially built like creatures of light. When you get a spiritual view, you will see a lot of creatures of light. Their nature is pure light. These are angels. And they also develop themselves in spiritual worlds. But the problem of angels is that when they learned everything, every lesson in the spiritual world, some of them want to be like, "I want to be like you, the one who created this world." Like the initial highest divinity. And in order to become a highest divinity, this angel must take some bad things, like a demon, combine them, and they come to this world. And then it is very interesting from one point of view.

These people are very light. Whenever you see him, or her, you see the light. But sometimes, there is something really, really demonic inside of them. Through this process, an angel actually transforms these demonic energies, and they start to possess both sides. The human body also has both sides. From here, we have seven chakras. But down, we have seven sources. We also have two sides of our body, also different. One is Yang or solar, another is moon. And this moon actually represents a spiritual part of human being, like a pure part, pure divinity.

And this part represents the right hand for men. The left hand represents our karmas, represents our spirits, and represents our past in this world. And also the sources for our development. Like we have a tree, and a tree also has roots that go deep into the Earth. And our roots are actually our legs. All our upper chakras have the same correspondence in our legs. The structure of the universe is like this: we have the seven upper worlds, or angel worlds, and we have the seven demonic worlds. That's why initially there was nothing, nothingness. And this nothingness decided it wants to create something.

"I want to create something." But in order to create something in nothingness, you must follow the balance. Because it is nothingness. In order to reveal yourself in different creations, you must control from the balance. So, for every angel, there is a demon; for every good, there is a bad. And they all are balanced. To go deeper, the whole solar system has the same structure. Like a tree, and they are all around, around, around the center of divinity.

In our world, human beings are on a very low level of development. They kill each other. Killing each other is not a problem. If I have a problem with you, I kill you. It's okay. It was like 500 years ago. It was normal to kill a human body, and nobody could talk about it. Now if somebody kills another, we say, "Oh, what happened?" This is just one example that Кали Юга is ended. Because in Кали Юга, killing is normal. Now, we start to estimate, we learn to estimate a human body. It's a great progress. When we are actually here, our copy is in Сатья Юга, or divine age, divine era. There, everybody is quite very light, like angels. Very developed human beings. All human beings who live there now, they are very, very... our saints are like children in comparison to these humans.

Coming back to angels. It is natural for angels, they can't accept a human body. Angels used to fly. It's normal for angels. Angels are not bounded by all these rules that we have to follow in this human body. And this is why angels can be seeking very much for spiritual development, because they want to bring back their abilities, it's natural for them. That's why these creatures, who come here from angels, in order to develop both sides, are definitely very much interested in spirituality, in techniques that allow them to transform the demonic part of them. But these are high techniques.

We all start with joining us into spiritual creatures first. Because as I told you initially, while you are living in the first three chakras, you feel and understand everything from the senses of the physical body. If you have pain, or if you take something like ginger, you say, "Wow, I can't take it!" You are very much bound to the physical body. And the masters who demonstrate us so-called miracles, first, they do not sense their physical body. How is it possible? Because they are in a spiritual body. And when you are in a spiritual body, when you look at everything, food and whatever, you will start to feel it from the point of view of the spiritual body.

It depends on which spiritual body you are. The differences are coming, and you feel a little bit different. When you have self-understanding, self-realization, when it is in the second chakra, it is like an animal, but with a very long period of training. An animal can train for three months. But a human being can be trained for 30 years, 40 years. No animal has this possibility. They simply know their initial instincts, how to survive, and that's all. Three months will develop. A human being has much more. And for every human being, it depends on years or lives, how many lives they live. Some human beings finish their development at 16.

And for them, to the end of their life, they remain the same as they were 16 years old. Some 20 years old. Some even like a child. Actually, who can live longer, like I'm doing now. My body is doing now. Many people, and many friends of mine, we can't talk about anything. Because they started their development on school level, on college level, or whatever. This is just a theory. And the first level of Крийа Цигун that we are going to get initiation today, is actually the most powerful technique that brings our consciousness from here into here.

How does it work? Imagine our self like an empty pyramid. Our energy level, which is seen like an aura, a brightness around a human being, the size of this aura, is like a liquid in this pyramid. And our consciousness is like a ball of light of Ци, and it is flowing inside of this pyramid, on this energy. While we start to develop it, it goes up, and automatically takes your consciousness with it. Automatically, not only does your consciousness come here, but you get a bigger aura, you get a brightness. Whenever you see a true Йоги, the one who is working with the techniques, if you have spiritual vision, it is nothing.

Because you see an energy, the brightness of the aura. This technique, the first that we are going to learn today, is the most powerful. And what is most important, it's not only powerful. It is safe. It's very difficult to get a problem with this technique. Just for you to know. Because some people offer you... in this technique, to get here, you need two to three years of everyday practice, at least one hour every day. Some people say, "We will open you heavens in just one initiation."

Only prayers are not enough. The ones who wanted to get it fast, then they got problems. Working with this system, you will become a master of yourself. When you ask somebody to control your heavens, you don't know what this creature can actually do to you. You get under control. This is just a theory. And we're finished it.
